1. Scope of Work & Quotation

All interior design, civil contracting, electrical, plumbing, and joinery services provided by Delint are governed by a written Bill of Quantities (BOQ) agreed upon prior to project execution. Any additions or modifications requested during execution will be documented as a variation order with separate cost sign-off.

2. Payment Schedule

Payments are structured on a milestone basis aligned with execution phases: mobilization deposit, civil/masonry completion, carpentry framework, surface finish completion, and final handover balance. Materials will be dispatched to site upon receipt of stage payments as per agreed schedules.

3. 1-Year Warranty Terms

Delint provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on eligible civil, plumbing, electrical, and custom joinery installations. Third-party materials (e.g., appliances, fittings, switches, paints) are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, moisture ingress caused by external building defects, or unauthorized third-party alterations.

4. Project Timelines & Handover

Project delivery timelines are established at project sign-off. Timelines depend on uninterrupted site access, prompt selection of buyer finishes, and timely stage payments. Delint is committed to on-time delivery across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.
